You are currently investing in two multi cap schemes (Kotak Standard Multicap Fund, ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund), two large & mid cap schemes, two small cap schemes, a large cap scheme, mid cap scheme, and thematic scheme. You need to sharply focus your portfolio in line with your aggressive risk profile. Seek the help of a mutual fund advisor if required. Aggressive investors are typically asked to invest mostly in mid cap and small cap schemes. They can also add some large cap schemes if they want to diversify and reduce the overall risk in the portfolio.
Assuming an annual return of 12 per cent, you need to invest around Rs 75,600 per month to create a corpus of Rs 5 crore in 17 years.
