Which mutual funds will give me 10-15%?

I want to invest Rs 10,000 per month for 3-5 years in mutual funds. I am expecting 10-15% annualized returns. My risk profile is low to moderate. Can you suggest what should be the ideal mutual fund portfolio for me?
