I want to invest around Rs 5,000 in short or mid-term funds for four to five years. My risk appetite is moderate to high. Can you suggest some good funds?
--Harish Kumar

If you have an investment horizon of four years, you may invest in conservative hybrid schemes. These schemes invest mostly in debt instruments and a small part of their corpus in stocks. If you have an investment horizon of five years, you may invest in aggressive hybrid funds or equity-oriented hybrid schemes.
