I want to start an SIP on Rs 10,000 per month. Kindly suggest some good funds. I am a moderate investor.

My understanding is that you are a new investor looking for a tax-efficient long-term investment with a time horizon of above 5 years. It is advisable to start with an equity-hybrid or a multi cap fund. You may consider investment in HDFC Equity Fund which has been in the 1st quartile for the last three years.
