I want to to invest Rs 10,000 per month over a period of five years. I have been to a few mutual fund advisors. Everybody gives different advise based on their targets and commissions. Where should I invest? Kindly suggest.

Jitendra Solanki, founder, JS Financial Advisors, responds:

Since its not a too long horizon and you are investing through SIP, you must avoid pure equity funds. You can consider debt-oriented hybrid funds which have some equity exposure. Conservative hybrid funds like UTI Regular Savings Fund or Aditya Birla Sun Life Regular Savings Funds are considerable options.
