I am 28 years old. I have a sum of Rs 2 lakh in my PF account. Should I switch it to mutual funds or keep it in PF account? If you suggest mutual funds, which funds should I go for? I am looking to invest for five years. I want good returns.

Shweta Jain, Founder & CEO, Investography, responds:

Continue with the PF, it is like your cushion for your retirement. You need to start investing in mutual funds rather than move from your PF. Start with an investment of Rs 1,000 per month and you can start in an ELSS which will also give you tax benefit.
