I am 29 years old and I wish to invest in equity mutual funds . So far, I have invested only in liquid funds. I have selected these funds. I will invest direct in growth option of these schemes. I am looking for good earnings in next 10 years:
1) L&T Emerging Businesses Fund
2) Reliance Small Cap Fund
3) L&T Midcap Fund
4) Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund
5) Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund

Kindly suggest if you would want me to include more largecap or multicap funds in my portfolio.

Raghvendra Nath, managing director, Ladderup Wealth Management, responds:

Your funds selection is good. I think you should have one largecap fund in your portfolio. You can look at adding Axis Bluechip Fund or Reliance Large Cap Fund in the portfolio.
