I want to start an SIP of Rs 20,000. Which are the good schemes for the long term?

An SIP suggestion should be based on one's requirements and financial goals. The risk appetite of the investor, number of years to retirement, liquidity needs, and so on, also needs to be considered. You have not provided these details.
I am assuming that you want to invest the amount to create wealth and have a moderate risk profile. You may consider investing equally in HDFC Index Fund Nifty 50 Plan and SBI Magnum Multicap Fund.
