Is my mutual fund portfolio on the right track?

I am investing in mutual funds via SIP. My portfolio is:
ICICI Pru Focused Bluechip Fund -Rs 1,000
Canara Robeco Emerging Equities -Rs 1,000
HDFC Hybrid Fund Rs 1,000
Kotak Standard Rs 1,000
Is my portfolio on the right track? Should I make any changes to it? I am planning to invest for three to five years .

You have not clarified whether the HDFC Hybrid Fund is equity or debt. For all the above mentioned funds and if your portfolio has HDFC Hybrid Equity Fund, the time horizon should be in excess of seven years. The choice of funds is fine for seven years plus.
