Deepali Sen, Founder, Srujan Financial planners, responds:
You haven't mentioned anything about your risk profile and investment horizon. Without this information, any advice won't be accurate. If you are a high risk-taking investor and have a long investment horizon, you can consider investing in equity schemes. However, betting on sectors is riskier than general diversified equity funds, so retail investors should stay away from such schemes. If you have good knowledge of the pharma sector, you could invest in these funds.
