I have been investing in the following mutual funds via SIP
Kotak Standard Multicap Fund: Rs 7,500 per month
Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund: Rs 5,000 per month
HDFC Small Cap Fund: Rs 2,500 per month

Are these schemes good? Or should I change any scheme?

Deepali Sen, Founder, Srujan Financial Advisors, responds:

The choice of funds is fine. However, the exposure to small cap funds is on the higher side and can be reduced over time, either by increasing investments in multi cap and large cap funds or by reducing exposure to small cap funds. Please be clear that these investments in diversified equity funds should be for a period of at least seven years.
