Please advise on my SIPs. I am 33 years old and married. I have an investment horizon of 20-30 years. I am investing in the following schemes via monthly SIPs for the last 3 years:
Canara Robeco Emerging Equities - Regular Growth: Rs 10,000
Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund - Regular Plan Growth: Rs 10,000
Motilal Oswal Focused 25 Fund - Regular Growth: Rs 10,000
ICICI Prudential Midcap Fund - Regular Growth: Rs 5,000
Aditya Birla Sunlife Frontline Equity Fund - Regular Growth: Rs 5,000

Rishab Parakh, Founder, Money Plant Consultancy, responds:

Your current mix of schemes seems fine to provide a good balance and suits the longterm investment horizon. But you can change two schemes out of the above mix. You can switch Motilal Oswal Focused 25 and ICICI Mid Cap Funds with Kotak Emerging Equity or L&T Mid Cap Fund and SBI Multicap Fund to make it a well-diversified portfolio. The revised portfolio will have a pure midcap and multicap fund to provide a good mix for wealth creation in the long run.
