I am 32 years old. I have a high risk appetite and I am looking for higher returns. I have invested in the following schemes via SIPs: Rs 3,500 in Invesco India Contra Fund, Rs 2,000 in Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund, Rs 1,500 in L&T Infrastructure Fund, Rs 2,000 in Reliance Large Cap (Top 200) Fund, Rs 1,000 in HDFC Balanced Fund and Rs 3,000 in SBI Small Cap Fund. My investment horizon is seven to 10 years and my goal is wealth creation.

I recently added SBI Small Cap to my portfolio. Please let me know if my portfolio is well balanced.

Rishabh Parakh, founder, Money Plant Consultancy, responds:

Your portfolio looks good for an investor with a high risk appetite. You can stay invested in these schemes for a long term. You should monitor your portfolio regularly as your investments are highly risky. Make sure to do a comprehensive financial planning and to link your investments with your goals.
