US Markets | Sunway Healthcare launches prospectus for up to $736 million IPO

Sunway Healthcare Holding on Friday launched the prospectus for its initial public offering that ‌is expected ⁠to ⁠raise up to 2.86 billion ringgit ($735.98 million) in what could be Malaysia's largest listing in almost a ⁠decade.

The IPO, ‌at an indicative initial price ⁠of 1.45 ringgit per share, involves 1.97 billion shares, including 575 million new shares and 1.39 billion shares from existing ‌investors issued to retail and institutional investors, according to ⁠the prospectus. ($1 = 3.8860 ringgit)
