Zee Ent. shares gain 1.36% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 166.75 on BSE at 10:00AM (IST) on Thursday, up 1.36 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 152.5 and a high of Rs 299.5.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at -237.2 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs -0.71 per share and 1.9 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 854,973 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:00AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 16117.52 crore and is part of the TV Broadcasting & Software Production industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 19.01 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 19.65 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 168.95 and Rs 163.3.

Promoters held 0.22 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2023. FII and MF ownership in Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. stood at 28.19 per cent and 32.49 per cent, respectively.
