Zee Ent. shares decline 4.01% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 274.1 on BSE at 02:11PM (IST) on Friday, down 4.01 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 172.25 and a high of Rs 288.9.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap up opening in the morning.


A total of 3,434,054 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 02:11PM (IST).

The stock of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 26419.09 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of -235.38, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 1.9. Return on equity (ROE) was at 0.44 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 239 stocks traded in the green, while 262 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 3.99 per cent in the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. as of 30-Jun-2023 while foreign and domestic institutional investors owned 33.4 per cent and 40.61 per cent, respectively.
