Zee Ent. shares decline 0.2% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 250.15 on BSE at 12:12PM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.2 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 166.8 and a high of Rs 378.6.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.


A total of 415,645 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 12:12PM (IST).

The stock of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 24032.1 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 22.71, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 1.93. Return on equity (ROE) was at 7.92 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 442 stocks traded in the green, while 58 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 3.99 per cent in the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. as of 31-Dec-2021 while foreign portfolio investors and domestic institutional investors owned 52.21 per cent and 20.86 per cent, respectively.
