Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week lows on NSE

Power Grid, NTPC, JSW Steel, Coal India Ltd and Apollo Hospital were among the top losers on NSE.

Retail and banking stocks rose 0.5 per cent and 0.7 per cent, respectively.
NEW DELHI: Muthoot Capital, Metropolis Health, Dr Lal Pathlabs, Future Retail and Birla Tyres and others were among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows as of 10:09AM(IST)in Wednesday's session.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty gained 97.15 points to 16356.45, while the BSE Sensex traded 193.28 points up at 54511.75.

On the other hand, MRPL, BLS Int. Services, Gokaldas Export, Kanani Inds and Kohinoor Foods stocks hit their fresh 52-week highs today.


In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Grasim Inds., Tech Mahindra, Adani Ports SEZ and Shree Cements were among the top gainers on the NSE.

Power Grid, NTPC, JSW Steel, Coal India Ltd and Apollo Hospital were among the top losers.
