NEW DELHI: Punjab Sind Bank, UCO Bank, MITCON Const & Engg.(PP), Gangotri Text and Arshiya and others were among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows in today's trade.
Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty ended 353.65 points down at 23165.7, while the BSE Sensex closed 1390.41 points down at 76024.51.
On the other hand, Gallantt Metal, ITC Hotels, Reliance Naval & Engg, Cura Tech and Hotel Rugby stocks hit their fresh 52-week highs today.
In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Trent, Bajaj Auto, Jio Financial Services and Hero MotoCorp were among the top gainers on the NSE in the today's trade.
Meanwhile, HCL Tech, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, BEL and Shriram Finance were among the top losers of the day.
