Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Eimco Elecon, Rail Vikas Nigam, B L Kashyap, Saksoft Ltd and Quality Foils(India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:34AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 18.45 points to 17761.85 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Crompton Greaves, BEML Land Assets, Brightcom Group, Vinny Overseas and ART Nirman, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Bajaj Finance, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finserv and Adani Ports SEZ were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, Hero MotoCorp, M&M, Tech Mahindra and UltraTech Cem. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 43.14 points up at 60099.24 at 10:34AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Power, Term Lending Institutions, Paper and Sugar sectors, while selling was visible in Media & Entertainment, IT Enabled Services, Trading, Consumer Durables and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors.
