Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Hardwyn India, Touchwood Entertainm, Pressman Advertisin, Vardhman Poly and Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:44AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 186.3 points to 17641.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Infosys, SVP Global, Omkar Speciality, Lorenzini Apparels and Rajvir Ind, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 23 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 26 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, Nestle India, Britannia, UltraTech Cem. and Kotak Bank were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, Hero MotoCorp, M&M, Tech Mahindra and UltraTech Cem. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 727.38 points down at 59703.62 at 10:44AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors, while selling was visible in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors.
