Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Asian Hotels, Faze Three Ltd, AB Infrabuild, Network People Services Technologies Ltd. and Surani Steel Tubes, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 70.55 points to 17022.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Mirza Intnl, BKM Industries, Setubandhan Infra, Goenka Diamond and Sandhar Tech, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 45 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 5 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Adani Ent., Eicher Motors, Hero MotoCorp and HUL were among top gainers, while UPL, RIL, IndusInd Bank, Tata Steel and Infosys traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 205.34 points up at 57819.06 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Sugar, Telecommunications, Rubber, Shipping and IT - Hardware sectors, while selling was visible in Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Leather, Plastics and Media & Entertainment sectors.
