Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of IZMO, Sterling Tools, AB Infrabuild, Nagreeka Capital and Binani Ind, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:46AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 57.8 points to 17019.1 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Ankit Metal Pwr, Puravankara, GRM Overseas, Future Retail and Gayatri Project, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 13 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, TCS, Apollo Hospital, Infosys, Power Grid and Kotak Bank were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Bajaj Finserv, Hindalco, Bajaj Finance and Tata Steel traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 129.4 points down at 57795.88 at 10:46AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT - Hardware, Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Cables and Rubber sectors, while selling was visible in Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Media & Entertainment and Agro Processing sectors.
