Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Sunflag Iron, Stampede Cap, Tapi Fruit Processing Ltd., W S Industries and Soma Textiles, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:30AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 205.3 points to 16894.75 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Blue Chip India, Ballarpur Inds., FCS Software, Future Enterprises and BKM Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 5 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 45 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Dr. Reddys, Divis Labs, HUL and ONGC were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Bajaj Finserv, Tata Motors, Hindalco and HDFC Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 681.59 points down at 57308.31 at 10:30AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Apparels, ReIT, InvIT and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors, while selling was visible in Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Media & Entertainment and Agro Processing sectors.
