Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Lead Reclaim and Rubber Products Ltd., S Chand & Co, Usha Martin, Revathi Equip and Jindal Saw, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:56AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 64.3 points to 17690.1 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Kridhan Infra, Suumaya Lifestyle, Vineet Laboratories Ltd., IMP Powers Ltd and Future Retail, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 16 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 33 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Steel, Cipla, Bharti Airtel, NTPC and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, M&M, RIL and SBI Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 190.07 points down at 60158.02 at 10:56AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Power, Paper, Hospitals & Allied Services and Construction sectors, while selling was visible in Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Media & Entertainment, Shipping and Diversified sectors.
