Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Zen Tech, AVG Logistics, Spectrum Electrical, Vera Synthetic and Soma Textiles, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:22AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 13.65 points to 17943.5 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Kitex Garments, Ester Ind, Amrutanjan Healt, Ginni Filaments and Jindal Pol Film, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 25 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eicher Motors, Adani Ent., Apollo Hospital, Adani Ports SEZ and RIL were among top gainers, while ITC, ONGC, HUL, Britannia and L&T traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 29.18 points up at 61061.44 at 11:22AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Hospitals & Allied Services, Tyres, Cement, Agro Processing and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Textiles, Infrastructure, Auto Ancillaries and Electric/Electronics sectors.
