Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Geekay Wires, Narmada Agrobase, BF Investment, HG Infra Engg and SKM Egg Prod, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:30AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 63.0 points to 17830.45 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Mangalam Global Ent, Megasoft, Lux Ind., Adani Transmission and Adani Gas, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 15 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 35 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, HDFC Life, UPL, SBI and Bajaj Finserv were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., HCL Tech, Hindalco, Tata Steel and JSW Steel traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 195.13 points down at 60611.09 at 10:30AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Rubber, Holding Company, Apparels, Banks and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Textiles, Infrastructure, Agro Processing and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors.
