Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Uma Converter Ltd., Radhika Jeweltech, Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Ltd., Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. and Roto Pumps, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 32.05 points to 17826.15 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Anlon Technology Solutions Ltd., Bata India, Consol Const., Dollex Agrotech Ltd. and Avonmore Capital &, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 24 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 26 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Steel, Infosys, Divis Labs, UltraTech Cem. and Grasim Inds. were among top gainers, while L&T, Apollo Hospital, Kotak Bank, HCL Tech and Asian Paints traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 140.96 points down at 59817.07 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Shipping, Construction, Sugar, IT Enabled Services and Term Lending Institutions sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Learning & Education, Textiles, Trading and Auto Ancillaries sectors.
