Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of BF Investment, Pritika Engineering Components Ltd., Cords Cable Ind, Varanium Cloud Ltd. and Pulz Electronics, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 21.2 points to 18218.65 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Godha Cabcon & Insul, Arihant Academy Ltd., Moxsh Overseas Educon Ltd., Sumeet Ind and Paras Petrofils, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 30 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Auto and Axis Bank were among top gainers, while Hindalco, JSW Steel, Tata Steel, ONGC and Maruti Suzuki traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 63.58 points up at 61231.37 at 10:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Holding Company, Term Lending Institutions, Cables, Leather and Infrastructure sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Learning & Education, Textiles, Fertilisers and Trading sectors.
