Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of HEC Infra Projects, Swastik Pipe Ltd., Network People Services Technologies Ltd., Ponni Sugars and FACT, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 121.85 points to 18000.65 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Sintex Inds., Godha Cabcon & Insul, Goenka Diamond, Paras Petrofils and Abans Holdings Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 4 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 46 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Tata Steel, Dr. Reddys, UPL and Sun Pharma were among top gainers, while Grasim Inds., Tata Motors, Tata Consumer, Hindalco and Eicher Motors traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 409.2 points down at 60501.08 at 10:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Sugar, Rubber, ReIT and InvIT sectors, while selling was visible in Learning & Education, Services, IT Enabled Services, NBFC and Glass sectors.
