Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of HUDCO, MPS Ltd, Likhitha Infra, Gandhi Special and Taj GVK Hotels, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:20AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 23.75 points to 18641.8 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as FutureLifestyleFash, Ishan International Ltd., Nureca Ltd., Jump Networks and Indiabulls Intgrtd, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, M&M, Bajaj Auto, Eicher Motors and JSW Steel were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, IndusInd Bank, SBI, HCL Tech and Tech Mahindra traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 53.69 points up at 62735.53 at 11:20AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Holding Company and Tea / Coffee sectors, while selling was visible in Services, IT Enabled Services, Learning & Education, NBFC and Miscellaneous sectors.
