Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Jay Jalaram Technologies Ltd., Electronics Mart India Ltd., Atlanta Ltd, Orient Refractories and Data Patterns(India)Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 190.35 points to 17502.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Motherson Sumi, Akshar Spintex, BKM Industries, Eastern Silk and C&C Construct, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 46 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 4 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, Adani Ports SEZ, UltraTech Cem., Bharti Airtel and SBI were among top gainers, while BPCL, Divis Labs, NTPC, Sun Pharma and Dr. Reddys traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 664.13 points up at 59075.11 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Rubber, Learning & Education, Shipping and General sectors, while selling was visible in NBFC, Glass, Miscellaneous, IT Enabled Services and Term Lending Institutions sectors.
