Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Zenith Exports, Everest Ind, Dev Information Tech, Magnum Ventures and Liberty Shoes, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:20AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 92.55 points to 17148.45 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Akshar Spintex, Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Ltd., Tips Films Ltd., Mega Flex Plastics Ltd. and Reliance Comm, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 12 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 38 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Asian Paints, Adani Ent., Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv and Bajaj Finance were among top gainers, while Divis Labs, Dr. Reddys, IndusInd Bank, JSW Steel and ONGC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 293.83 points down at 57697.28 at 11:20AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Sugar, Telecommunications, Building Materials, Electric/Electronics and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was visible in NBFC, Miscellaneous, IT Enabled Services, Term Lending Institutions and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors.
