Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Aurionpro Sol, Omax Autos, Asian Hotels(E), Sirca Paints and Satin Creditcare, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:50AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 101.25 points to 17934.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Ameya Precision Engineers Ltd., JFL Life Sciences Ltd., Bombay Rayon, Gayatri Project and GRM Overseas, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 42 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, UPL and Bajaj Finance were among top gainers, while Shree Cements, JSW Steel, HDFC, Asian Paints and M&M traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 336.96 points up at 60130.1 at 10:50AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Aquaculture, Telecommunications, Defence, Shipping and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Miscellaneous, Term Lending Institutions, Gas & Petroleum and Petrochemicals sectors.
