Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of D P Wires, Euro India Fresh, BSL Ltd, Mahalaxmi Rub and Mohini Health & Hygi, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:09AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 103.75 points to 17902.5 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Ameya Precision Engineers Ltd., JFL Life Sciences Ltd., GRM Overseas, Shri Ram Switchgears and FutureLifestyleFash, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 46 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 4 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Shree Cements, Adani Ports SEZ, IndusInd Bank, UPL and Hindalco were among top gainers, while BPCL, Coal India Ltd, Bajaj Finserv, Bharti Airtel and L&T traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 326.53 points up at 60014.75 at 10:09AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Shipping, Telecommunications, Industrial Consumables, Rubber and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Miscellaneous, Term Lending Institutions, Petrochemicals and Gas & Petroleum sectors.
