Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Aaron Industries, Savita Oil Tech, Paramount Comm, Reliance Infra and Rossell India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:21AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 105.85 points to 17653.45 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Shri Ram Switchgears, FutureLifestyleFash, Future Retail, Future Enterprises and Biocon, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 19 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Finserv, Asian Paints, Tata Consumer, Bharti Airtel and Eicher Motors were among top gainers, while ONGC, Hindalco, TCS, Infosys and HUL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 387.4 points down at 59149.67 at 11:21AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, Industrial Consumables, Infrastructure and Defence sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Miscellaneous, Term Lending Institutions, Gas & Petroleum and Petrochemicals sectors.
