Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Regency Ceramic, Globe Intl. Carriers, Kohinoor Foods, Globesecure Technologies Ltd. and Spacenet Enterprise, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:34AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 139.3 points to 15499.5 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as JSPL, Arvee Laboratories, Vaxtex Cotfab, Dhani Ibull Ventures and Dhanvarsha Finvest, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 7 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 43 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, Maruti Suzuki, TCS and Infosys were among top gainers, while JSW Steel, Hindalco, UPL, Tata Steel and IndusInd Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 401.81 points down at 52130.26 at 10:34AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Irrigation & Allied Services, Textiles, Auto and IT Enabled Services sectors, while selling was visible in Engineering, Tourism & Hospitality, Agro Processing, Miscellaneous and Media & Entertainment sectors.
