Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Krishana Phoschem, Zuari Agro Chem, Hitech Corporation, Swan Energy and Genus Paper Boards, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:20AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 51.0 points to 18002.4 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as P E Analytics Ltd., GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd., Felix Industries and Swaraj Suiting Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 29 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Eicher Motors, Tata Motors, Titan Company and ONGC were among top gainers, while HDFC Bank, HDFC, Bajaj Finserv, SBI Life and RIL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 240.25 points down at 60371.49 at 11:20AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Aquaculture, Shipping, Telecommunications, Holding Company and Electric/Electronics sectors, while selling was visible in Industrial Consumables, Textiles, Irrigation & Allied Services, Agro Processing and Financial Services sectors.
