Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of IVP Ltd, Times Guaranty, Mawana Sugars, Precision Metaliks Ltd. and Megastar Foods, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:25AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 54.95 points to 17377.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as FSN E-Comm(Nykaa), Crown Lifters, Dev Information Tech, Manappuram Finance and GE Power India, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 33 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Consumer, Bajaj Auto, HDFC, Tata Motors and JSW Steel were among top gainers, while UltraTech Cem., Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Sun Pharma and ITC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 122.2 points up at 58118.88 at 11:25AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Power, Apparels, Trading and Retail sectors, while selling was visible in Industrial Consumables, Agro Processing, Irrigation & Allied Services, Pharmaceuticals and Term Lending Institutions sectors.
