Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Vinny Overseas, Global Education, Bharat Dynamics, Nupur Recyclers Ltd. and Wonder Fibromats, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:29AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 88.4 points to 17060.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as IndiaMART, Hind Nat Glass, Policy Bazaar, Mahindra EPC and Uniinfo Telecom Serv, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 20 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Power Grid, Bharti Airtel, JSW Steel and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers, while RIL, Asian Paints, Wipro, Bajaj Finserv and HDFC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 363.1 points down at 57128.41 at 10:29AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Defence, Power, Rubber and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was visible in Plastics, Diversified, Building Materials, Gems and Jewellery and Tyres sectors.
