Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of InfoBeans Tech, Vivo Collaboration Solutions Ltd., Metro Brands Ltd., Khaitan Chem and Precision Wires, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:29AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 17.0 points to 18272.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Asian Hotels(W), touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 26 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 24 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hero MotoCorp, ONGC, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors and SBI were among top gainers, while HCL Tech, Dr. Reddys, Coal India Ltd, Hindalco and Axis Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 15.72 points up at 61238.75 at 10:29AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Textiles, IT - Hardware, Industrial Equipment, Fertilisers and Sugar sectors, while selling was visible in Miscellaneous, Building Materials, Auto Ancillaries, Hospitals & Allied Services and IT Enabled Services sectors.
