Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Vivo Collaboration Solutions Ltd., MSP Steel, Krebs Biochem, BGR Energy and Tokyo Plast Int, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:24AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 136.25 points to 17340.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as HEC Infra Projects, Jet Freight Logistic, RBL Bank, Mas Fin Services and CMS Info Systems Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 43 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 7 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, Titan Company, Grasim Inds., JSW Steel and Shree Cements were among top gainers, while NTPC, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and Cipla traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 422.01 points up at 58216.33 at 10:24AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Gems and Jewellery, IT Enabled Services, Term Lending Institutions, Metals - Non Ferrous and Cement sectors, while selling was visible in Tourism & Hospitality, Miscellaneous, Learning & Education, Infrastructure and Services sectors.
