Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

Foods & Inns, Bigbloc Const, TV Today Network, PB Fintech Ltd. and Indo Thai Sec, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Foods & Inns, Bigbloc Const, TV Today Network, PB Fintech Ltd. and Indo Thai Sec, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 69.1 points to 18040.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Supreme Infra, Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Ltd., Vikas WSP, DFM Foods and Quadpro ITeS Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 21 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 29 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finserv and Bajaj Finance were among top gainers, while RIL, SBI, Asian Paints, BPCL and NTPC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 253.16 points down at 60465.55 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Cables, Agro Processing, Apparels, Auto Ancillaries and Trading sectors, while selling was visible in Miscellaneous, Tourism & Hospitality, Learning & Education, Industrial Consumables and Glass sectors.
