Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of TN Telecom, NACL Industries, Reliance Naval & Engg, Khaitan Chem and Niraj Ispat Ind., hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 97.25 points to 25550.65 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Stampede Cap(DVR), Globe Civil Projects, Gayatri Project, Palred Technologies and Brooks Labs, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 37 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 13 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Asian Paints, M&M, Hindalco and Wipro were among top gainers, while Kotak Bank, Bajaj Finance, SBI Life, Bajaj Finserv and Trent traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 332.06 points up at 83741.75 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Auto and Retail sectors, while selling was visible in Industrial Consumables, Airlines, Construction, Rubber and Aquaculture sectors.
