Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Deepak Fertilisers, AXISCADES Engg Tech, Radico Khaitan, Authum Investment and Shree Vasu Logistics, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:25AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 31.75 points to 24748.35 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Capital Infra Trust, Osia Hyper Retail, Noida Toll Bridge Co, Astron Paper & Board and Latteys Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 24 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 26 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, HDFC Bank, Eternal, Hindalco and Shriram Finance were among top gainers, while Coal India Ltd, Adani Ent., Apollo Hospital, Adani Ports SEZ and SBI Life traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 142.46 points up at 81516.21 at 10:25AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Aquaculture, Financial Services, Construction, Glass and Holding Company sectors.
