Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Lumax Auto Tech, BSE, Venus Remedies, Shaily Engg Plastics and INEOS Styrolution, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:04AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 30.75 points to 24802.85 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Career Point, Navkar Builders, Borana Weaves, Orchid Pharma and Tijaria Polypipes, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 22 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eternal, Bajaj Finserv, L&T, RIL and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers, while Bajaj Auto, Tech Mahindra, Hindalco, Infosys and M&M traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 92.17 points down at 81540.85 at 10:04AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Financial Services, Learning & Education, Construction, Chemicals and Metals - Non Ferrous sectors.
