Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cosmo Films, Stampede Cap(DVR), GE T&D India, Camlin Fine Sc and Shree Vasu Logistics, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 209.91 points to 24791.25 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Godha Cabcon & Insul, Shree Ram Proteins, Tantia Const, Impex Ferro Tech and Vinny Overseas, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 5 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 45 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BEL, IndusInd Bank, Hindalco, SBI Life and Dr. Reddys were among top gainers, while UltraTech Cem., Grasim Inds., NTPC, M&M and Tata Motors traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 749.21 points down at 81427.24 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Financial Services, Airlines, Construction, Sugar and Cement sectors.
