Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Khaitan(India), Camlin Fine Sc, Stampede Cap(DVR), ITD Cementation and JK Cement, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 128.5 points to 24981.65 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Gangotri Text, Shree Ram Proteins, JP Associates, SKIL Infrastructure and Techindia Nirman, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 40 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Nestle India, M&M, Hero MotoCorp and Bajaj Auto were among top gainers, while Eternal, JSW Steel, UltraTech Cem., Shriram Finance and BEL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 429.64 points up at 82150.72 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Rubber, Financial Services, Airlines, Tyres and Cement sectors.
