Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Khaitan(India), Camlin Fine Sc, ITD Cementation, Stampede Cap(DVR)and JK Cement, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:45AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 117.15 points to 24970.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Gangotri Text, Shree Ram Proteins, JP Associates, SKIL Infrastructure and Techindia Nirman, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 41 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 9 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, M&M, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors and Bajaj Auto were among top gainers, while Eternal, Shriram Finance, BEL, JSW Steel and UltraTech Cem. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 408.06 points up at 82129.14 at 10:45AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Rubber, Financial Services, Airlines, Tyres and Construction sectors.
