Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

Stampede Cap(DVR), Reliance Naval & Engg, KPR Mill and Krishana Phoschem, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:35AM.

Nagaraj Shetti, Technical Research Analyst at HDFC Securities, believes Monday's pattern could be considered as a High Wave, which reflects high volatility in the market at swing highs.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Stampede Cap(DVR), Reliance Naval & Engg, KPR Mill and Krishana Phoschem, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:35AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 235.21 points to 24038.6 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Imagicaaworld Entertainment, Hilton Metal, One Mobikwik Systems, Gujarat Lease and Lorenzini Apparels, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 7 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 43 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Titan Company, L&T, BEL, Tata Motors and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers, while Jio Financial Services, Shriram Finance, Power Grid, ICICI Bank and Trent traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 723.0 points down at 79611.81 at 10:35AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Auto, Gems and Jewellery and Engineering sectors, while selling was visible in Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality, Learning & Education, Trading and Cables sectors.
